Quotes and Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are generally starting prices and may vary depending on the project requirements.

Before work begins, clients may receive a quotation or proposal outlining the expected scope, deliverables, and pricing.

Additional pages, features, integrations, revisions, content, third-party tools, or work outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated before or at the beginning of each project.

For project-based services, WebGrow Media may require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance payable according to agreed milestones or before final delivery.

Monthly services such as SEO, Google Ads management, social media management, and maintenance may be billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Deposits and Refunds

Deposits may become non-refundable once work has started because time, planning, research, design, development, or other resources may already have been committed to the project.

Refund eligibility for any remaining amount will depend on the work completed, expenses incurred, and the specific agreement with the client.

Completed work, third-party purchases, domain registrations, hosting charges, advertising spend, software licences, and other non-recoverable costs may not be refundable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required to complete their project.

• Account access and credentials

• Timely feedback and approvals
• Legally authorized content and materials

Project timelines may be extended if required information, approvals, payments, or account access are delayed.

Website Design & Development

Website projects will be completed according to the agreed scope. Clients should review the website before final approval and report required corrections within the agreed revision period.

Requests that significantly change the original design, functionality, page count, or project scope may be quoted separately.

WebGrow Media cannot guarantee that every third-party plugin, theme, API, browser, device, hosting environment, or external integration will remain compatible indefinitely.

Revisions

The number and scope of revisions may depend on the selected package or project agreement.

Revisions generally cover reasonable modifications within the originally agreed scope. Complete redesigns, new pages, new functionality, or major changes may require additional fees.

Project Timelines

Any completion date provided is an estimate unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Project timelines may be affected by:

• Missing content or credentials

• Third-party technical problems
• Hosting or domain issues
• Additional revision requests

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

WebGrow Media may use accepted SEO practices to improve website visibility and organic search performance.

Search engine algorithms, competitor activity, website history, market conditions, and other external factors can affect SEO results.

Google Ads and Paid Advertising

Google Ads management fees are separate from the client's advertising spend unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Advertising budgets are generally paid directly to the advertising platform.

WebGrow Media cannot guarantee a specific number of clicks, leads, calls, conversions, sales, cost per lead, or return on investment.

Social Media Services

Social media services may include content creation, graphics, captions, scheduling, account optimization, and other agreed activities.

We do not guarantee specific follower growth, engagement, viral performance, leads, or sales.

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as website hosting providers, domain registrars, WordPress plugins, analytics tools, advertising platforms, social media platforms, payment processors, and other software providers.

WebGrow Media is not responsible for outages, price changes, account suspensions, policy changes, security incidents, or technical failures caused by third-party providers.

Domains, Hosting and Software

Where WebGrow Media assists with domains, hosting, premium plugins, themes, licences, or subscriptions, renewal fees may apply.

Clients are responsible for maintaining required renewals unless an active agreement specifically states otherwise.

Website Maintenance

Websites may require ongoing updates, backups, security checks, plugin updates, and compatibility maintenance.

Unless maintenance is included in an active plan, WebGrow Media is not responsible for future problems caused by outdated software, malware, hosting problems, unauthorized changes, expired licences, or third-party updates.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of original materials they provide.

Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights for custom final deliverables will be transferred according to the applicable agreement.

Third-party assets such as stock images, fonts, plugins, themes, templates, and software remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WebGrow Media may display completed public-facing work in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.

Confidentiality

WebGrow Media will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential business information shared for the purpose of completing a project.

Clients are responsible for securely managing passwords and account credentials.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through our website or during a business relationship will be handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

No Guarantee of Business Results

WebGrow Media provides professional digital services designed to support a client's online presence and marketing efforts.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific website traffic
• A guaranteed number of leads
• Guaranteed sales or revenue
• Guaranteed advertising ROI
• Guaranteed social media growth

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WebGrow Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our website or services.

This may include losses related to third-party outages, lost profits, lost data, search ranking changes, advertising platform decisions, or unauthorized third-party activity.

Cancellation of Ongoing Services

Clients wishing to cancel an ongoing monthly service should provide notice according to their applicable service agreement.

Fees already incurred, advertising spend, completed work, third-party charges, or non-refundable expenses remain payable.

Suspension or Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated in cases involving:

• Non-payment
• Illegal or abusive activity
• Misuse of services
• Material breach of an agreement
• Failure to provide required cooperation

Website Use

Users must not misuse the WebGrow Media website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, interfere with website functionality, copy protected content without authorization, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
